Refund and Return Policy

Overview

Thank you for your support! Please keep in mind, we are a cycling team, not an apparel manufacturer. We use print-on-demand services to produce and ship your orders. Your items are only produced when you order them. Since we do not receieve returned items, we cannot resell returned goods. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges, even for different styles or sizes. Please double-check your orders and sizing charts. We can only accept exchanges for defective products.

Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Items are produced when orders are placed – we do not hold any stock and cannot resell returned items.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at michael@inspireathlete.com for further instructions.

Wrong address or unclaimed orders

If you entered a wrong address in your order, or refuse to accept the shipment, it will get returned to the manufacturer. In these situations we will notify you that it has been returned. There are no refunds issued for wrong addresses or unclaimed orders. If you provide a new address, your order can be resent at your expense.

Defective or damaged items

If any of the items you received are defective or damaged, please contact michael@inspireathlete.com within 15 days of receipt for instructions on how to get a replacement.

Incorrect orders

If your order has been fulfilled incorrectly (wrong items sent or missing items), please contact michael@inspireathlete.com within 15 days of receipt for instructions on how to get a replacement.

Lost orders

If you haven’t received your order after 15 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact michael@inspireathlete.com to make a lost package claim. Claims must be made no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
